Falah
Terms of Service
Last updated: 4 October 2026
These terms apply to your use of the Falah iOS app, provided by Falah. By using Falah, you agree to them.
1. A companion, not a scholar
Falah helps you engage with the Qur’an in daily life. It is not a replacement for a qualified teacher or scholar. For religious rulings or personal guidance, please consult a knowledgeable person you trust.
2. Sources and reflections
Qur’an verses and hadith are shown from cited sources. Reflections and explanations that are not direct quotations are clearly labelled. Falah does not invent Qur’an or hadith. If you find an error, please tell us.
3. Falah Pro subscriptions
- Falah Pro is offered as a monthly or yearly subscription.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings.
- Where offered, the yearly plan may include a 3-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription starts and you will be charged.
- Refunds are handled by Apple according to its policies.
4. Restore purchases
If you reinstall Falah or use a new device with the same Apple Account, use “Restore purchases” in the app to restore your subscription.
5. Acceptable use
Please use Falah respectfully. Do not misuse the app, attempt to break or reverse-engineer it, or use it to create content that mocks or misrepresents religious texts.
6. Intellectual property
The Falah app, name, design and the Wooly character belong to Falah. Qur’an text and cited sources remain with their respective owners or are in the public domain. You may share ayahs for personal, non-commercial use.
7. Disclaimer
Falah is provided “as is”. We work hard to keep content accurate and the app reliable, but we cannot guarantee it will always be error-free or available.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Falah is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.
